How do I change theme default?

Now I have the colours I like how do I change the settings so that new members use the forum default and not the smf default colours.
The background works on both but the category colours I have just changed need to be manually re set by the user which is not what I want.

Either you can change the colour settings via css of default theme or you will create a new theme based on default one & assasing new theme to all your member's options through AdminCP

I dont know what I have done but it seesm to work now.

I deleted my cookies and history and have registered as a member and get the new colours OK.

What do you think of it?
