Help updating SMF 1.1.14 to 2.0 Final Version Theme Problem

Hello,

I have a very big problem with my forum... i am trying to update my forum from 1.1.14 to 2.0 final version, but when the update finish and I am going to the main forum page, i can see only "my messages" button... i read on smf forum that i have to update my theme too, but i dont know what I have to do that, because i can´t load the administrator webpage once i have my forum updated to 2.0 Final Version.

Unless the theme author has made a 2.0 version of your theme i would look for a new theme as updating themes from 1.1.14 to 2.0 isn't an easy task really.

You need to turn this broken theme off so say your site url is

www.yoursite.com

navigate to

www.yoursite.com/index.php?action=admin

This will give you access to your admin panel.

Use Core theme as a guide which is in 2.0 to support older 1.x theme users.

I open www.myforum.com/index.php?action=admin and then on administration, i select core theme, now i can see all correctly ;-)
