[4927]Curve theme: inner gradient cut off when header is shrunk

When the header is shrunk in the Curve theme, the inner gradient (the one below the logo and slogan) is cut off unpleasantly in a default setup. The issue can be seen in the attached screenshot. It does not arise on the SMF Community site because of the advertisement.

Confirmed: clean SMF 2.0 Final install, Firefox 5.0, Windows Vista Home Premium. ;)

Yep. Story is that we decided to ignore it at the time. The markup was changed in RCwhatever to prevent the theme breaking when people had shoutboxes/ads/junk added up top. Side effect was when things were collapsed the gradient gets cut off. Still looked ok though, and solved a problem, and the looks would be changed in all custom themes anyway, and we'll be having a new default theme for future version, so to get 2.0 out the door it was ignored.

Yeah we all know and some even felt the pressure of getting 2.0 released. Nice to hear though you still remember the bugs ignored.
