padding in div doesn't work

I've tried about an hour to get this thing working: I define that the div should be padding, but it doesn't:

Aren't those the best mistakes. I bet you knew that and didn't even think of that. Human beings are so wonderful sometimes. It seems we all have the same quarks sometimes.

heh, I was paranoid I was wrong and the padding thign didnt use a 'type' or something
dn worry, everyone makes these mistakes... except maybe [Unknown]
