Converter/admin question

I am getting ready to convert my phpbb to smf.  I am wondering something in advance.  When I set the board up prior to converting, how is the admin info handled?  Since I am already the admin at the phpbb board, can there be any conflicts setting the new one up?

It converts all members, clearing any existing members in the SMF installation.  If you were an administrator in the phpBB installation, you will be one in the SMF installation.
