How would I ad hxxp:www.cpuforums.net/index1.htm [nonactive] to the header. I want to put at the very top of every page. I do not know how to go adding this to the site.
Here is my site that I want to add it to hxxp:forums.cpuforums.net [nonactive].
Any help will be greatly appreciated.
