To make it simple, you can modify the $actionsArray array in index.php by adding a new action. If you choose to have the action use a seperate source file and template, you create the source file from what you put in the array (look at how the other actions are done), and within the source file you use loadTemplate to load a template file you make in the default theme's directory.
