Well, I've set up <3 to be a smiley tag, but it shows up empty? Any ideas?

This is the HTML output from view source. It looks like it's stripping the characters but not adding the heart?
<div style="overflow: auto; width: 100%;">I added a&nbsp; </div>

Does ie shows a blank image field with a red cross?
When you click this does the URL is right?

NoRad

There is no URL. It appears as though SMF is stripping the <3 code and not replacing it with a URL at all?

tentronik

Hmm ok my last guess is put a "<"3 or \<\3 or similar , mybe this keeps SMF from re interpreting it then?

And maybe this case is documented somewhere? ;.p

I'm afraid SMF 1.0 does not handle such smileys perfectly, while SMF 1.1 should handle them fine.

Thanks unknown. I'm about to upgrade to 1.1 this weekend, so I'll try it then.
