Converting Database Error Help?

So, I installed a fresh version of smf 2.0, started to convert my phpbb3 3.0.9, everything was going fine and then the conversion process got stuck at convert.php?step=1&substep=19&start=76000. I was wondering if anyone could give me some help with this situation, snice I don't really know anything about this. Thanks a lot
