Could you please tell me where can I found site map for 2.0.1 smf to submit in google webmaster tools. Is there any mod for this automatic submission.

Try doing a search on the mod site first:

http://custom.simplemachines.org/mods/index.php?mod=755  should work just fine if you use the emulate version feature:

I installed site map as per your instructions. Thank you. Could you please tell how I can modify this options. What is the best?

Priority for topics active in the last 30 days - 0.8 or 1.0
Priority for topics active in the last 60 days - 0.8 or 0.6
Priority for topics active in the last 90 days -0.4?
Priority for topics older than 90 days- 0.2?
Time that XML data should be cached (seconds) -- 3600?
Maximum number of topics to display in XML sitemap - 20,000
0 to show all (NOT RECOMMENDED ON LARGE BOARDS)
