What is this error? It doesn't come up every time I visit my forum.. it happens at random on any part of the forum. If I refresh the page it will load. How can I fix this?

Try emptying the forum's cache.

You can do that in Admin>Forum Maintenance>Empty the file cache.

If you prefer, you can also do it, manually, using FTP. Just empty the "Cache" directory, in the root of your forum directory.
