Pictures instead of names

Hi , i want to know how i put a picture instead of name like this:

Menber -picture menber
Moderator - picture moderator...and others..

Where exactly do you want this to be appear?
Do you mean every user group has its own icon everywhere displayed under the username instead of the word or also?

If so i guess this could be only done with some codeing. Im not sure maybe there is a similar mod?

that would be very easy to do. Open display.template.php. Scroll down a ways. If you know some html and php, you should figure it out no problem.
