Location Modding Help

Hi Guys,

I am trying to code a mod but am unsure how to do it. Basically what i want is instead of a location text box I want 2 drop down boxes, the first being Country the second being town. With the idea that if a certain country is selected then the second box will go from greyed out to lit up. You see my site is mainly for people from the UK and hence If they are in teh UK i want them to be able to select their town and that to  be inserted as Town - UK.

Would this be possible. The only think i am not sure about doing is the greying out of a box unless UK is selected.
