Help Converting

I've spent the past day or 2 trying to convert my forum over from mybb to SMF 2.0
I tried to do it on my own and I am really struggling trying to get it right and I am confused. I am a noob after all

I love the ease of use with Mybb but honestly the lack of quality plug-ins and the disappointing lack of themes plus the support area really isn't helpful, in my opinion I would like to convert my forum to SMF

If there is anyone who could spare some time to help out, please let me know through this thread OR Private message.

I would also need the ajax chat integration which is what i currently have with mybb.

It freezes when it tries to convert members....it gives me an error about birthdays.
