Windows 2003 Server (IIS 6.0) issue

The forum works fine internally, the problem is when you want to see outside of the office.
The image doesn't show up, no colors on the page and you could not logon.

It seems that the css file and some folders are not being accessed.  We are running IIS 6.0,
has anybody encountered this problem.

Weird.  Try using repair_settings.php.

What is repair_settings.php?

I did the repair_settings.php, still no luck.

Has anyone have an answer on this cause I'm running
out of luck and ideas too.

You may have your URLs set to an internal URL, such as 127.0.0.1 or localhost.

Make sure you run repair_settings.php with the *PUBLIC URL*.  I recommend using it from the outside position, not from inside.
