To znaczy że to co podałeś pomiędzy tagami <id> ktoś już użył, powinieneś zmienić swój identyfikator na inny i wysłać styl ponownie.

He is trying to submit theme to theme site but he has already submitted tht theme  and also he is facing language issue.
