Autoposting or pre-populating info?

Currently, to put in an application to become a certain membergroup on our forums requires reading a post with blank questions, copying the questions, then creating a new topic, and finally pasting the questions and filling in the missing info. Does anyone have any idea how i could make this process a bit easier? I could probably write some sort of form but is there a way or mod that will post or pm the info it collects? Or is there another way to pre-populate a new post in a certain board with the questions? Thanks!

You could use createPost to process the data into a new topic/post? As far as I know, there isn't a modification for this.

It's been requested multiple times, a modification has never been written to accomplish it, that I am aware of.
