database access problem in install process?

Hello,
The third phase during installation, I ran into an error to the inability to access the database.

Does the database actually exist? If so, have you verified that the other information (server, username and password) is correct?

I made sure that the data do exist and are correct.
What could be the problem?
After all, according to the error message appears the system detects the user's data base and also gets the password, because when I entered incorrect data error was different.

Can you copy and paste the error you are getting or take a screenshot of the error so we can suggest what to do next?  It's usually easier to determine that if we can see the error you are getting.
