Hi!

I am trying to upgrade from SMF 1.1.14 to 1.1.15 but there is an error in the upgrade installation process that says:
"You cannot download or install new packages because the Packages directory or one of the files in it are not writable!"

I have tried to use the Package Manager option/CleanUp Permissions: I have tried to set the value to " All files are writable" and clicks the button "Change files permissons" but then the option jumps back to the default value "Only standard files are writable".

I have tried to set many files and folders to chmod 777 manually and restart the upgrade put same problem occurs.

The upgrade process probably fails because some file permission (chmod) problems.

Can somebody help me with a list of file + folder chmod permissions for 1.1.14 to 1.1.15 upgrade please!!

I would be very happy four your support!!

Thanks / Johan
