Coverting from vB 3.7 to SMF 2.0.2

I have a vB forum, but am looking to change from Vb to SMF, but wan't to convert the database.

I downloaded and uploaded the convert.php, and the vb37 sql file.

But get an error saying he can'f find the vb 3.7.

I think i have the paths right, but not sure.
