安裝後首頁左上區有亂碼 (Install ok, But the homepage has some error code)

SMF : v2.0.2
Language : Traditional Chinese
Install : at last, no choose UTF-8 option
Install OK, The homepage has error code on the left-up title.
(IE9 and View code is Big5)

安裝過程都ok但最後我選取UTF-8選項
安裝完成後, 在首頁的左上方位置出現亂碼...
請教? 我該如何下手改正?
(我用IE9的檢視碼是Big5)

Just to make sure we understand you correctly - Did you install the forum as UTF-8? If you did, did you upload the UTF8 language packs as well?

You gave me some notice. 
I made a BIG BIG mistake. 
I used default_install + language_install to combined a new default_language_install to install it.
So, I found error code display my language hoempage about smf website.
I have reinstalled it.
I installed default package, then I installed language package from web's admin, I chosed my language(traditional chinese) be my fefault language at last.   
It's all ok.

I had new error message.
If I post new content, it had "Can not load theme 'main'"(無法載入佈景 'main') error message.
What's happen now?
