what this error stands for?
server loads much?
sometimes gives this:

Unable to load Themes/default/index.template.php!


in both situations, it doesnt enter to forum

Based on those errors and the one in your other topic, I'd suggest downloading the "upgrade" package from the downloads page and uploading everything again. It seems that your FTP client didn't upload some things properly (I recommend FileZilla).

this is not installation problem.
forum is installed successfully without any errors, i have been using it for about 2 weeks with no problem.
today, gives these errors.
