[4839] SMF 2.0+ Large Upgrade Package issue

When executing the above package, all mods are rendered uninstalled yet their hook entries (integrate_...) in the settings table are not dropped.
The entries that are not defaults need to be dropped since their modifications are no longer installed after the upgrade has completed.
Imo - drop those columns & create defaults anew.

Not all bugs got posted to the bug board first... some just went straight on the tracker (so it's always worth checking there too)

Yes I am aware & checked there however at the time I somehow missed it.  ???
