please help me, i have install simple machines forum but when i m trying to log in to my admin pannel, it shows this error stated below

An Error Has Occurred!
Session verification failed. Please try logging out and back in again, and then try again. 

and if i am trying to logout again the same error is shown,if i start a new topic same error is shown again
please help me

thanks a lot for ur support but let me tell u 1 thing when i try 2 logging using my laptop, its working but when i use my desktop pc, again the same error is there. i think its problrm with my Desktop PC so please suggest some thing i have used every browser in that pc but every time i get the same error n u r trying 2 say me 2 delete all my cookie.
