Mods install on other templates

Ok, I don't exactly know where to put this, but can someone tell me where I can post this...if this is the wrong place.


I have numerous mods installed on the default SMF theme. Now, those mods, can ANYONE tell me how I am supposed to get them installed on other themes. I would ask in their specific topics which they posted SOMEWHERE...but....i dont know where that is. So, I am actually asking, is it a lot of extra coding and where can I find out which code goes where and so forth...
