There is no need to write something special about Tema.Original Tema was orangeena.But now it is not same with orangeena.

What is with this dude asking if people got people permissions to release?
I dont see why he would need permission if he changed the colors,fonts,and anything else connected.
After all most templates are in fact built from the SMF default theme. I see no difference.

because, it's just common courteosy.
and, because of this-

If you spent a long time on a theme, and relesed it. Somebody overwrites the images changes a little css, and calls it there own, it's just not polite. Simple enough. That's how it works.

But it looks good, nice and clean. good job.

Ya however you have nothing to worry about I dont think anyone will do that with any site you have made. And speaking about Courtesy. I think it would be more polite if you didnt reply and ask everyone who posted a theme if they got permission, Lets just assume they do, and if they dont it would between them and the user to resolve. 

Just my thoughts.

There is a big difference...if you changed graphics and colors , the html code would is still be there, and thats usually what takes the MOST time to make. Yes, most themes are made from SMF default theme, but thats becuase the php bits need to stay intact. In this theme the html code is quite different than default theme - meaning it works like AMA's theme, just looks different. So its really a "AMA car with different color and look".

Most see it a tribute of course - me included. But its good manners to ask first.
