my problem is my forum  not so  link Sticky post only so New topic> Poll>etc
plz tell me how to post sticky.

You post the stick by going to 'New topic' and selecting 'Make this topic sticky' from the additional options under the posting area.

Or by going back to the topic once you've posted it and selecting 'Make Topic Sticky' from the bottom of the thread.

There are indeed many options missing in the mobile version and it is being worked on. You can try using a mobile theme which is available on the theme site to start with.
