I do not know why i am seeing. Is it spam? please advise me what is this.

I use Microsoft Security Essentials. Seems to work alright. http://windows.microsoft.com/en-US/windows/products/security-essentials

Do you see a file named .htaccess in your public_html root?

in main: when i open with ftp i found:.Security

 and in httpdocs:htaccess.txt
