Some forums missing from index after conversion

I used the phpbb to SMF converter. Everything went fine, I didn't get any errors. It seems a couple of my forums are missing though. They are still in the database with all information, so it converted them. They just don't show up on the main board or in the admin section. I know they exist because they show up in the specific member permissions.



Where it says permission only available locally, all the boards under that heading (junk/tour dates/general board info etc.) are not visible in the admin section or the main board. Does anyone know why and how I can fix it?

What version of SMF and what version of phpBB?
