Recent Post feature: how to unlink boards and show topic instead of posts.

hi!

new here. and i hope im not asking a question that's been asked. if ever, my apologies.

How do I unlink the "boards" on the Recent Posts listings?
example, it would show like this:
[unlinked board] - This is a Linked Topic by Poster     - Time of Post

I tried checking on BoardIndex.template.php and on

Code Select Expand

[', $post['board']['link']
i tried removing the ['link'] part, and it didnt work. It was showing "Array". heheh. So i guess it's wrong.

Also, how do i set the "Recent Post" to be "Recent Created Topics" instead?
