Need help installing a mod!

Hey! The title is self-explanatory. I'm trying to install a mod, and it isn't working out for me. I got an error, directing me to do something or another that would allow "Browse Packages" to find the mod. It did, but I have no link to install it.

You need to set the emulation to "2.0 RC4" (without quotes) by using the Advanced link at the bottom right of your Browse Packages screen. Then an Install link should appear

I did this, and now it's installed, but it's as if it isn't-- I can't use it, I can't see any of the features, nothing. Also, does the emulate feature mean that I'll be able to use and install the mod with the latest SMF version (2.02)? Thanks for your help so far.
