When converting from phpbb2 to smf beta 3

When I try and convert from my phpbb2 forum to smf beat 3 I get this message:

The installation of SMF in the path you specified is not a version this converter can deal with. If it is older than SMF 1.0, you need to upgrade first. If it is newer, you need to use a different converter.

Any ideas?

Are you trying to convert to SMF 1.1?  If so, you need to use the newer 1.1 converters - found in a sticky in this board.
