1.1.13 to 2.0.2?

The last one, I promise!

I would like to upgrade sundayniagara.com to 2.0.2.  I have an early version of Simple Portal installed, but I don't think I can remove it because I inadvertently deleted it the other day.  Do I just do the upgrade the same as I did the last one, (I know I'll lose the portal mod) or?

You may do the upgrade using a large upgrade package (#2). Just don't forget to make a full backup of your current forum (files and database). Read the following too just before you proceed.

Upgrade went up without a hitch!  Simple Portal is next.

There is one minor problem and I don't know what caused it:  I can't delete the news line.  Can anyone help with this?  This is on sundayniagara.com .

Delete or disable? Disabling might prove easier...
Admin > Configuration > Current Theme
Uncheck the box for Enable random news line in the forum header and Save.
