Spell check not working after server move/upgrade

Afternoon all!

Can anyone advise me on perquisites to enable Spell Check?

I'm with the same host but moved from one package to another (so as to get current php version),
spell checked stopped working with my old 1.1.9 forum but now after upgrading to 2.0.2, it's still not working... what am I missing please?

Ask your host to make sure PHP is compiled with the "pspell" extension and that the "aspell-en" package is installed on the server.

They say:

but still no spell check just a blank popup

That's because the aspell-en package (which contains the English language dictionary for the spell check stuff) isn't installed.
