error .. instal please help

hi to all
i uploaded smf to ftp then i tryed to instal it but i couldn;t

Unable to connect to FTP server with this combination of details.
i dont know why it shows this i uploaded all files that i downloaded from simplemachines.org ..

i also tryed to instal it through phpmyadmin .. and when i uploadit it gived me an error

Dont try install with phpmyadmin, it wont work. Use installer.
