MAJOR SECURITY RISK:
You have not removed install.php!

I have it installed okay, I think, through hxxp:webmaster.com [nonactive], but there is this error message at the top.

How do I do that? Remove install.php

Thank you.

Chris Cromer

Yes, just delete the install.php file and that message will go away.

Thanks. I wouldn't even know where it is or how to go about finding it. I'm brand new at this.

Well do you have ftp? Or some type of file browser?

If so use it to find the directory that you have SMF installed in. You should see a file called "install.php" in the same directory as your SMF board. Delete it.

Thank you for your help. I will give that a try.
