Anyways, you should check for new mods once in a while

try 196, 197 and 198 for the X, or higher to see if there are newly released mods (there doesn't seem to be a catch routine for invalid numbers, btw)

I can assure mine installs and uninstalls correctly (198)

Uploaded http://mods.simplemachines.org/index.php?mod=200 now, able to install it on vanilla 1.1 RC1 but I can't guarranty that the uninstall-fix is needed, I needed it to it to uninstall correctly. I hope [Unknown] can test the package to verify who is buggy (smf or me)

Edit: Also, everything in the geshi dir is released uder GPL and can not be subject to Simple Machine License, I hope that is ok for you.
