It will install and work fine with 2.0.9 if you emulate one of the earlier versions listed (2.0 RC1.2, 2.0 RC2).

Take it back and spoke too soon, it already implements everything. Seriously an incredible mod, not sure how I did without it.

After test driving this mod for nearly a week, I found a weakness. If an SSI function (i.e. the RecentTopics SSI function) is cached, it doesn't always respect the ignored board. In other words, it shows those topics. However, if I don't cache the function, it always respects the ignored board. Why is that?

All this mod does is tap into query_see_board. http://custom.simplemachines.org/mods/index.php?action=parse;mod=137;attach=221575;smf_version=1.1.20 Perhaps your cache doesn't respect that...
