Very slow speeds uploading SMF

Why am I gtting less than 1kbp/s upload speeds when uploading your forum software to my fasthosts server? I am using ipswitch WS_FPT

Plz moe this if it is in the wrong place....

They are just files.  We can't tell you why they would be uploading slowly.

Ok they upload fast in dreamweaver but i get errors........every ftp client uplads at 0.17kbp/s or less. On a broadband connection.

It would most likely be your host's server. I don't recommend using Dreamweaver to upload files. It's best to use a standard FTP client.
