Schedule and Statistics mod

Good afternoon, has anyone seen a mod for SMF that would allow me to put game schedules together and then allow me to enter the scores for each game and then keep a standings log of the the games played?

I am on the BoD for a Pop Warner Football league and we are considering moving away from our current website - where I am very interested in moving them to a SMF style site. But this is one thing that everyone enjoys about our current site (Schedule, Scores and Standings).

Sorry if I posted in the wrong area, I did a search for all this stuff and could not think of a better spot to put the question.
