1.  Have you modified any files?
2.  How did you upload the files?  Did you use a FTP client or something like Dreamweaver?

Most likely if you haven't modified any files, your files are either corrupted prior to the upload or during the upload.  I would download a fresh copy of SMF and upload the files again.

I just reuped the errors.php file and everything works now!
