Fantasico Error

[Gaia]

I installed it via Fantasico in cPanel and i'm now getting this error:

Notice: Only variables should be assigned by reference in /home/gaia/public_html/smf/Sources/Subs.php on line 232

and i'm getting this when i try to get to the adminCP

Session verification failed. Please try logging out and back in again, and then try again.

Which i did but i keep getting that error when trying to get into the admincp
