help me for install smf in wamp

hello everyone

i can make a theme for my forum and i install wamp server in my pc , i create a database and i extract smf in C:\wamp\www\smf

smf told me database not available!

how can i fix it ?

What's you sql Privileges?
did you set sql correctly in setting.php?

Check:

Download SMF from simplemachines.org (choose the zip package). Extract the contents of the zip to WAMP's www/ folder (eg C:/wamp/www).

Left click WAMP tray icon and select phpmyadmin. In the box that says Create Database type in smf click Go. Now go to .[localhost]

Run through on screen instructions. When it asks for database details enter these
Hostname: localhost
Port: 3306
Username: root (or other mysql account your have setup)
Password: (enter the password for account user, leave blank if you haven't setup password)
Database: smf
