Thanks. Conversation was very easy. Much better than phpBB's conversion scripts.

I noticed that User permissions did not transfer over. Therefore, I currently do not have access to administrate the board. It's a good thing I am doing this on localhost first.

Okay,

I fixed the permission issue by cheating. It works for now, but I am curious if someone could tell me why the permission got messed up and how to properly fix would be great.

Just in case someone wanted to know what I did. Here's how I cheated: I ran the following query using phpMyAdmin.

UPDATE  `MySMFDatabaseName`.`smf_members` SET  `id_group` =  '1' WHERE  `smf_members`.`id_member` =2;

That's exactly how it's made
I don't know if the converter is supposed to import member groups or not.
But it doesn't, that's the way to be an admin again
