upgrading messege

I am getting this messege when I try to upgrade.

The upgrader found some old or outdated files.

What does this mean? I uploaded smf _1-1 rc1 _update
Did I download the wrong one?

I am running SMF 1.1 Beta 3 Public right now.

And I have no mods

Are you using any other languages besides english? It may be that the files weren't uploaded properly, try to upload the Themes directory and it's files again.

Thank you for responding.. I must have had brain fog, instead of over writing the files, I clicked on SKIP.. duh. I got it working so far!

Well I have a similar problem and I'm using finnish as default, but I've deleted all the finnish language files but still I get the same error... board is located @ http://coffee-girl.net/sohvaperuna

There is something wrong with your languagefiles. Did you set your default forumlanguage to english before you upgraded? Finnish language is available for RC1:
