serious prob with DB

i got his error after uninstallign teh shop mod:

i just spent bet part of 1 1/2 re isntallign teh database and isnerting the tables information 1 by 1 and still no luck?

any ideas?

OK solved it i just re uplaoded all teh file and it must have been a template file as it working now thanks anyway
