Stuck with my theme

Hey, yes i am new.

Right so where shall we start, i searched some other threads but cannot seem to find exact help on what i'm stuck with.

I recently installed the smf 1-0-5 on my hosting, alls great But i can't seem to get any themes working so i am stuck with the old boring one    I read it says go to themes and layout settings but that is not in my admin controls.

So thanks for any help in advance... also if theres a thread thats exactly the same as mine post it and call me a noob

im taking you have admisnitraion power, my guess is try uploading it all again, may be a file never upload propelly.
