Upgrade difficulty

Hi all. I'm hoping you can help me with this. Probably something silly that I've overlooked, but I can't for the life of me figure it out.

After downloading the latest *.zip file on offer here, and upgrading using the usual method with no reported errors, I'm getting the following information under Detailed Version Check:

Current Templates

   ---

            SMF File                    Your Version            Current Version
Profile.template.php                   1.0.1                         1.0.4

The Profile.template.php file in your custom themes directory is based on the one from SMF 1.0.4, this may or may not cause problems.

There's no discernable problem as yet, but how do I go about rectifying this?

Download a copy of the 1.0.4 Profile.template.php and make the appropriate changes to it, then upload that to your themes directory.
