Copyright links - can't make it white :(

Sorry if it was disscussed, but search is as usualy disabled "Due to high stress on the server"

So my problem is that i can't make links color white in copyright
I tried to change it in <td> style
tried CSS but no result

If i go to index.english.php and add a class to <a class="........> </a> then it shows me in BIG BIG letter that copyright must be somewhere
