Add language bug !

When i search for languages in the admin panel ("Add language"), i see "The Simple Machines site is not responding. Please try again later."

Help me and fix bug please

Also, not a bug that sm.org doesn't always respond, it is under stress at present.

Does the downloaded file work on other theme ?
If i copy Settings.french-utf8.php in the folder on another theme, it will work ?

That's entirely up to the theme. If the theme changed from the default Settings.english.php it's possible it won't work properly (but that's an issue of the theme, not of SMF)
